At Made For You Co, we specialise in creating personalised pieces designed to bring your vision to life. Every custom order is thoughtfully designed and created specifically for each customer, making each piece unique.
This policy outlines our custom order process, requirements, and responsibilities to ensure a smooth experience from enquiry through to completion.
Starting Your Custom Order
To begin a custom order, customers are required to submit an enquiry providing details about their requirements.
This may include:

Event type and date (if applicable)

Size requirements

Quantity required

Inspiration images or references

Any specific requests
The more information provided during your enquiry, the better we can understand your vision and create a suitable design.
Quotes & Pricing
Each custom order is individually quoted based on the specific requirements of the project.

Timeframe
Quotes are valid for the timeframe stated at the time of issue. Any changes to the original request may result in an updated quote.
Booking & Deposits
A 30% non refundable deposit of the total order cost is required to secure your booking and commence the design and production process.
Your order will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is required before:

Physical products are shipped

Local pickup is completed

Final digital files are released

Design Process & Approval
For custom designs, Made For You Co may provide a design proof for customer review before production begins.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking all details, including:

Spelling
-
Dates
-
Colours
-
Sizes
-
Layout
-
Design preferences
Production will only commence once final approval has been provided.
Made For You Co is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer.
Revisions & Changes
We want you to love your final product and are happy to work with you throughout the design process.
Reasonable design adjustments may be included before approval.
Requests for major changes, additional concepts, or changes after approval may incur additional fees or may not be possible depending on the stage of production.
Production Timeframes
All products are created on a made-to-order basis.
Production timeframes vary depending on:

Current workload
Estimated timeframes will be discussed during the ordering process.
Customers are encouraged to place orders well in advance of their required date, particularly for weddings, birthdays, and events.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring all details supplied to Made For You Co are correct.
This includes:

Correct spelling of names and wording

Accurate dates
-
Correct measurements or sizing requirements

Suitable deadlines
Delays caused by missing or incorrect information provided by the customer may impact completion timeframes.
Cancellation of Custom Orders
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
If production has not commenced, cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Where design work, materials, labour, or production costs have already occurred, these costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Once production has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.
Custom Digital Products
Digital products, including digital invitations, templates, or files, are created specifically for the customer.
Due to the nature of digital products, customers are responsible for ensuring they have provided accurate information and have the required software or equipment to use the files.
Photos & Marketing
Made For You Co may request permission to photograph completed orders for marketing purposes.
Customer privacy is respected, and images will only be shared where permission has been provided.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Custom Order Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet consumer guarantees, Made For You Co will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution.
