Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for the period specified at the time of issue.
Payments & Deposits
A 30% deposit is required for custom orders to secure your booking and allow production to begin.
The remaining balance must be paid before:

Release of final digital files
Orders will not proceed into production until the required payment has been received.
Design Approval
Where applicable, customers may receive a design proof before production begins.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all details, including spelling, dates, colours, and design elements.
Once approval has been provided and production has commenced, changes may not be possible or additional charges may apply.
Production Timeframes
Made For You Co creates products on a made-to-order basis.
Production timeframes vary depending on the product, order requirements, and current workload.
While we aim to meet requested deadlines, customers are encouraged to order with sufficient time before their event date.
Digital Products
Digital products are provided electronically and do not include physical delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the required software, equipment, and knowledge to access and use digital files.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds may not be available once files have been delivered, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds, Returns & Consumer Guarantees
Due to the personalised nature of custom-made products, change-of-mind refunds may not be available.
However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian law, Made For You Co will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from Hervey Bay, Queensland.
Customers will be provided with pickup details once their order is completed.
Customers are responsible for collecting their order within the agreed timeframe.
Intellectual Property
All original designs, concepts, and creative work produced by Made For You Co remain the intellectual property of Made For You Co unless otherwise agreed.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute designs created by Made For You Co without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Made For You Co takes reasonable care in creating and preparing all orders.
To the extent permitted by law, Made For You Co is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including courier delays, supplier issues, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Changes To These Terms
Made For You Co reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this website.
